Adminstator – Exeter 

An exciting new position has become available with a leading construction consultancy in Exeter. Our client is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team in order to cover maternity leave on an initial 12 month contract.

The Administrator will be carrying out general administration duties, including:

  • Clerial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails etc
  • Minute Taking
  • Arranging meetings and travel
  • Raising purchase orders

This will be a varied role working in an enjoyable office. It will suit someone who is experienced within an admin role, is organised and used to a fast paced and dynamic enviroment. A basic knowledge of the construction industry is not essential but would be desirable.
