My client are a Northern based multi-disciplinary construction consultancy specialising in delivering Architecture and Cost Management services. They have five offices in; Wakefield (Head Office), Manchester, Milton Keynes, Reading, and London which allows them to service clients across the UK.
A number of recent project wins has created a large increase in work-load and they are now looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role and will be expected to carry out standard tasks such as planning application and building regulation submissions and liaison, as well as getting involved in some Project Management aspects.
The client in question will offer a salary £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + £3,000 car allowance, performance related bonus, private healthcare, standard pension contribution, 21 days holiday (excl Bank Holidays) + 3 days for Christmas shut-down. There is a friendly and personable environment in the Manchester office with regular company socials.
