Assistant Project Manager

My client is an award-winning independent construction and property consultancy firm, specialising in delivering a range of services across the built environment such as; cost manager, project management, procurement, programme management to name a few. 

They have developed an excellent reputation nationwide by delivering these services from twelve regional offices for over seventy years. 

Due to this continued success, they are now looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be joining an established team in a vibrant office of around thirty staff. My client will consider Assistant or Intermediate level Project Managers for this role, which will involve supporting a Senior Project Manager on larger schemes. 

Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of Project Management experience in the Construction Industry. 
  • A construction related Degree or Masters (ideally Construction Project Management). 
  • Past experience working on Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects would be preferred but is not essential. 
  • For the intermediate role, candidates should have worked independently on small-medium projects from inception to competition. 

In terms of salary, my client will pay £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience, as well as a very generous benefits package.
