Building Surveyor

Flagship’s Lancaster office is working closely with a bespoke construction consultancy practice. Established in 2011, the firm employs around 25 people across four offices in Plymouth, Bristol, London, and Manchester. They are a multi-disciplinary practice who deliver a range of services across a variety of sectors, and are particularly strong in the healthcare sector. 

The Manchester office was established just twelve months ago and has gone to strength to strength during this time, winning a large amount of work on several local authority frameworks. Due to this success, the team in Manchester are looking to expand with the addition on a Building Surveyor, the client is flexible on the level of experience however the candidate will be expected to work independently. 

The right candidate will march the following criteria: 

• Degree qualified (Building Surveying or similar). 
• Working towards APC. 
• A minimum of three years experience in a Building Surveying role. 
• Project experience. 
• Consultancy background preferred but not essential.
