£62,000 + car/car allowance
Our building services design consultancy client has a secure project in London whereby they need a suitably experienced Works Supervisor to monitor and report on the Contractor’s works, carrying out an NEC3 Supervisor role.
A site presence is required to oversee the electrical works whilst the works are carried out between 10pm and 6am each day. Site attendance is therefore necessary by an experienced Engineer/Works Supervisor for four nights per week and a half day allowance on the fifth day to directly liaise with the project team and relay issues as necessary. The role will see you maintaining log photos and a written diary, reporting back daily to the Project Engineer. Records to be verified and site walked on a regular, bi-weekly basis by NEC3 Supervisor during normal working hours.
All accommodation and travel expenses if required shall be provided.
Coming almost certainly from a design background at some point you will ned the following essential skills;
- Experience in overseeing electrical site installation works
- Working knowledge of current electrical installation legislation
- Ability to work night shift pattern
Having the below, would be a bonus;
- Previous BPSS / SC clearance
- Experience of working on Historic England projects
