My client, a market leader in what they do, is looking to appoint a Salesforce Programme Manager to lead the divisional CRM domain of the Customer Experience (CX) IT pillar. The role will be responsible for delivering a multi-instance Salesforce suite and capability set across multiple business areas.

You will lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation – effectively leading the program, projects and management of their inter-dependencies, prioritising initiatives based on business value, effort and risk.

The successful candidate will have the ability not to just provide direction and drive a large Salesforce programme, but you also have a deep knowledge of CRM solutions and how to align sales, service and marketing operations – together with a genuine passion for customer, distributor and employee experiences.

You will work closely with internal business CRM operations leads, key stakeholders, regional IT and external development and support partners to deliver capabilities primarily on the Salesforce platform.

This position requires a highly energetic, proactive & driven individual with strong emotional intelligence with demonstrated experience in high growth, fast-paced organizations.



  • 10+ years’ proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Enterprise scale Salesforce projects.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your program.
  • Strong communication skills in English, self-driven, motivated, leads and supports a team environment
  • Experience in management of project activities for a team of third-party consultants and other implementation specialists
  • Familiar with project governance best practices in the areas of issue, change and risk management
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and execution of the activities required to deliver project scope within schedule and budget constraints
  • Conflict resolution and ability to convince people based on facts and best practices
  • Strong business/relevant industry acumen with the ability to build strong customer relationships, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Project management experience leading diverse project teams (onsite and remote), managing stakeholder expectations, and interfacing with C-level executives
  • Solid Architecture experience & knowledge of 3rd party integration platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


  • A leader with a strong record of planning and executing complex projects on time and on budget, and in a transparent and collaborative fashion across multiple functional areas with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Needs to be a great people manager who knows how to put the right people in the right jobs, allowing their team to execute once the mission is understood
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Program Management Accreditation


Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire, a valid passport.


This role can be based literally anywhere in the UK, the team itself is truly global
