Our client is a leading corporate product specialist with a division based out of Reading. For them, we are looking for a strong, talented individual to support their Managing Director with the requirements of a Senior Administrator. The role will be office based and can start as soon as possible.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and the management team with general administrative requirements. Requirements may range from assisting with the fleet, company communications and event coordination, along with supporting people management tasks and any mandatory health and safety responsibilities.

Main duties:

  • Organise and schedule any meetings/appointments MD requires and monitor inbox where necessary especially for holiday cover.
  • Manage fleet including quoting new vehicles, arranging hire cars, organising fuel cards and insurance cover. Including organising and arranging all documentation involved in this is complete.
  • Assist with HR responsibilities and tasks, including onboarding new starters (contracts etc), covering disciplinary meetings including minutes, updating Holiday Tracker and arranging general HR correspondence.
  • Compile Mobile Access agreements/contracts.
  • Arranging company events including Christmas Party, hotel stays, taxi bookings and company lunches/dinners.
  • Point of contact for H&S including arranging PAT tests, Fire Risk Assessments, Occupational Health issues and relevant H&S courses for all personnel.
  • Point of contact for employees for any general office enquiries and with the expectation to coordinate these enquiries to the relevant department.

About You

  • Proven track record in a Senior/Executive Administration role
  • In depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and must be fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Additional qualification as a personal assistant/office manager would be desirable.
