Senior Building Surveyor – Construction

My client is a specialist in the construction industry, with an outstanding reputation built upon their extensive portfolio. They are a consultancy, based in Manchester, currently looking to take on a Senior Building Surveyor to be part of their team. This serves a brilliant opportunity for a senior building surveyor at any level to join a fantastic consultancy and take on a new challenge.

The successful candidate can expect to be working across a multitude of different sectors, both private and public, and will be part of a fast paced and vibrant team. A ‘can do’ attitude is necessary for the role and the Building Surveyor must be confident in speaking to a range of clients. For the right individual there is also chance to progress with the business as they grow.

This role requires the candidate to:

• Have a consultancy background
• Have a RICS accredited degree
• Be confident in managing teams
• Show willingness to progress and develop
• Be MRICS or in the process of your APC
