About the role:

They are actively looking to recruit a number of individuals at Senior Quantity Surveyor level to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range from £1 – £500 million. At Senior level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

What we’re looking for:

The successful Quantity Surveyor requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related field
  • (Ideally but not essential) A Chartered member of the RICS
  • Experience in running large, complex projects independently
  • Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects on the client side
  • A natural drive to succeed 
  • A self-starter attitude. Nothing is given and you will need to be determined, motivated and able to think creatively using initiative
  • They pride themselves on being ethical in all they do and therefore candidates must be honest, transparent and truthful to align with our culture and vision
  • Able to work both individually but also as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and managerial skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
