Three years ago, we launched the Flagship Academy. Our first graduate was Bethanie Wiltshire – she worked full time with us as a recruitment consultant. She was also South West Chair of the Young Apprenticeship Ambassadors Network, and was runner-up for the South West Apprentice of the Year.
We’re delighted that Bethanie stayed with us at Flagship, and that the Academy got off to such a great start.
We currently have two Academy members who are working towards completing their apprenticeships. Again, we’re really pleased with their hard work and commitment.
