After a crazy 2020, celebrating our 9th birthday feels even more special.

For the past 9 years our team has spent countless hours building relationships with some of the most exciting construction companies and talented construction professionals. We’ve helped individuals land their first graduate position within the industry and now work with those same people recruiting for their own teams. We’ve enabled our clients grow and expand into new markets. We’ve managed career changes, doubts, nerves and excitement.

It’s been a pleasure to be a part of these journeys from beginning to present and we hope to be doing the same far into the future too!

A huge thank you to the Flagship Consulting team and all clients and candidates who’ve helped us get to where we are today. 2020 has thrown some obstacles but we’ve come out fighting and look forward to the year ahead.
